At Sweco, we took the lead as BIM coordinators in a critical rail project, focusing on adding a new platform to an existing station with a budget of 15 million Euros. In this presentation, we will show how we effectively applied ISO19650 standards to achieve excellent project results. We educated all subcontractors and contractors on the BIM Execution Plan, ensuring alignment with these standards. By using Autodesk Construction Cloud as our Common Data Environment, we managed the project's design models and resolved conflicts. Our hands-on workshops and training sessions significantly raised the quality of the designs and improved communication among teams. This approach not only made collaboration smoother but also increased the overall productivity. This successful project approach in this complex project has set a standard for Sweco, showcasing our commitment to top-notch BIM practices. This project now stands as a template for our future work.
