Lighting Analysis Gone Awry

I'm new to this software, and I've reached a blockade:  I performed a lighting analysis for a new building on a site with other buildings.  For some reason, the lighting analysis was only performed on the existing buildings and some ground surfaces. 

Any ideas of why this is happening would be greatly appreciated.  I need the analysis to be performed on the new building.

My revit model is set up as such:

A Core and Shell model which contains exterior walls, floors, roofs and other core elements.

The Core and Shell model is linked into a Tenant Fit Out model which includes interior partitions, doors, etc.

I performed the lighting analysis in the Tenant Fit Out Model.

Hi @ccasey--

Something to keep in mind: Since floors are required for analysis, make sure that the floors you want analysis results for are part of the main model (not linked in). If you are using Rooms, you should also make sure they are part of the main model. All other elements; walls, roofs, windows, etc can be linked in, but it's necessary for the floors and rooms to be part of the main model and not linked in.

Sounds like the floors for the surrounding buildings were in the main model, but floors for the building of interest were linked in. Does this sound like it could be the case?
