Insight Analysis Failed

I keep getting an email about a failed energy anaylsis with an unrecoverable internal error.  I have edited the coordinates in the model and the locations and i have adjusted the resolutions from 6" to 10' with no success.  Does anyone have other suggestions on what might the issue be.  See message below.

I have also been experiencing the same 'failure' messages all day. Can anyone address this? I've tried fixing all the possible causes of this error and still no success.

So this is not a great fix, but i had the same model in revit 2018 and it worked successfully there.  So this has to do with something in Revit 2020.
