Today, I want to talk about my three proposals for the growth of the city of San Diego, California. One of my best proposals is related to the development of certain areas, specifically regarding their potential.

In my analysis, I believe there is significant opportunity for improvement. I have made some comparative proposals that highlight various aspects of the city's layout. For example, we could consider integrating residential zones with office spaces, as well as commercial and hospitality areas.

Currently, the breakdown shows 10% for commercial, 20% for offices, and 30% for hospitality. I see great potential for enhancing the residential sector as well.
