I want to know if Autodesk Viewer is free, and how is the limitation of size to upload models on the server. 

I Try to open a model on my cell and isn't work, but on the browser works well.

Your file open fine on the desktop, so the limitation may be your phone's mobile browser, your cellular service, your phone, or just needs a longer time to load or it could be something else that no one here can help you with, sorry.
