Server is unable to process this request

Hi guys,

 

I constantly get an error, especially when I first turn on my computer, that reads, "An unexpected error has occurred. Server is unable to process this request. Please try again later." It happens routinely throughout the day. Any ideas? I appreciate any info you can provide!

I see that you are visiting as a new member to the AutoCAD forum. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

 

 Is this a Windows error message or one from AutoCAD?  Please describe your computer.network configuration. Can you also provide a NFO for me to examine? It should show me some of your computer configuration and error logs.

I think you are using older version of Autodesk desktop app.

Please uninstall and re-install Autodesk desktop app.
