Revit 2021 download freeze

I'm trying to install Revit 2021.  I've downloaded from the website as well as the desktop application manager.  The process keeps freezing at 87%.

Is there a current problem with the website or is this something else?

I downloaded MAX prior and all the updates with no issues

If you are not doing this, then go to https://manage.autodesk.com and login to access your account. Set the download type to "Browser download". Now download all of the files and *then* run the installer yourself.

Don't try to install using their "install now" method or from the "desktop app".

Log in at https://manage.autodesk.com 

Click on "All Products and Services" on the left side.

On that page, look for a "gear" icon in the upper right.

Click that and a pop up will appear.

I don't know what you mean by "run install yourself" I'm not sure how to do that. Could you help please?
