Classification Manager can not be installed

I tried to install the plug-in "Classification Manager for Revit" using student account but I didn't find it. 

Is it because I have a student account?

Is there any way to install it?

if this is a 3rd party plug in this has nothing to with Autodesk or the Desktop App which is where your posting
