CAD 2020 won't run suddenly

I started using the program a few days ago and it has run flawlessly until this afternoon. The machine is down is brand new and is only used for this program. The program was showing very high power usage in Windows Task Manager. I trouble shot as per Autodesk recommendations turning off 3D config as well as uninstalling and reinstalling Microsoft C plus plus. Issue Still Remains. I can't even move the cursor on a blank drawing without it stuttering across the screen. Please help! I'm in an accelerated course and every minute I lose heightens the potenial for me to not finish.thank you

Not sure why this is in the Autodesk Desktop App subforum, I will ask the moderator to move it to the AutoCAD forum so you can get some assistance. But if you're pressed for time I suggest you also contact Autodesk support directly. In the meantime, here is an article to start with.
