Hello all,
With the start of the new year, updates for software arrive as well. However, with the new January update to The Desktop App, I have been unable to download the update along with updates to my Revit 2023 and AutoCAD 2023. I have left my computer on for well over 24+ hours with restarting, updating drivers, uninstalling old versions of BIM and CAD software in an attempt to get this update to work. I have not found success yet. The waiting bar still stays without starting the download process.

I suspect that this is most likely in relation to the current Windows 11 updates for January which I as well as many others have been experiencing as well. I will link the related forum on Microsoft support as well.

Not sure how to proceed as messing around with bios and a new OS re-install is a nonstarter so hoping to find a solution. Let me know if anyone has had a similar experience, I respond within 12 hours on PST.
