Great to hear from you on the forums! The first article @irishman_team_kilber linked looks like it would be worth looking into, but on the offhand re-installing the Desktop app doesn't solve the issue, I figured I would move this thread over to the Desktop app forum.

the only problem i find on that first link it say "windows XP sp2" i don't know it that makes a differences maybe not
