Autodesk Desktop App Will not Install

So I have a laptop that I imaged up to Windows 10 1803 and then inplace upgraded to 1903. Installed our Autodesk apps as usual but when attempting to install Autodesk Desktop app it fails. The status bar counts up to !00% and then no error message, no prompt, no nothing. It dumps a few files in the Program Files (x86) folder but no registry entries or other signs of actually installing. 

I am ok with perhaps it's a quirk of this particular build as I have built other laptop similarly but i was wondering if there was an alternative install method. For like when the main method for whatever reason fails?

As the title of the post states "Autodesk Desktop App Will not Install". I know where to get it. But when I attempt to install it shows the downloading and installing dialog box but it doesn't install.

Is there a way to troubleshoot why this is happening or perhaps an alternate means to install?
