Autodesk Desktop App never shows updates for Inventor 2020

ADA never shows updates for Inventor 2020, even if it's logged in to my account with a subscription. I have to download updates from my account from a web browser. Why aren't they showing up in the ADA?

The first log wasn't showing up. I've also been having an issue where ADA exits randomly after a short period of time. So I decided to just reinstall by following these steps. I did so and now the random-exit issue is gone, plus it's showing me an Inventor update that went up yesterday. So reinstalling seems to have resolved my issues.
