Activation Issue AutoCAD 2020

The software has been installed however, when the user tries to sign-in and activate his account, her received this error,  "There has been an error, Unable to create directory".  Should I uninstall the software and then have the user install the software through the portal?

I'm confused.  You talk about an activation issue but your image is showing an installation.  Can you clarify
