3ds Max 2019 not showing in Autodesk Desktop App

Following problem:

I installed building Design Suite Premium 2019.

All programs are visible in the Autodesk desktop app except 3ds Max.

It is still showing 2018.

Maybe that is why "Autodesk Revit interoperability for 3ds Max" isn't installed?

I am not able to reproduce the issue. I think your registry may not be properly updated.

could you please check registry, is this UPI2 value is there or not? ?

Hello,

I've a similar issue. 

before installing 3dsmax 2020, I saw the 2019 version in the autodesk application. Since I installed the 2020 version, I only see the 2020. I checked the registry, I have the 2 keys you show. I still have 2019 but it is not showing in Autodesk Desktop App
How can I fix this?

Thanks for your feedback.

Autodesk desktop app will display latest version the product that customer have.

for example if  a user has license for 2019 product only then Autodesk desktop app will display 2019 only because it is the latest for that user.

if  a user has license for 2019  and 2018 products then Autodesk desktop app will display 2019 only because it is the latest for that user, it won't display both 2018 and 2019.

same way, you are entitled to 2020 and 2019 versions of the product, autodesk desktop app displaying 2020, which is the latest one.
