You can quickly change an Attribute Value in a block by holding down the ctrl key while double clicking on the Text Attribute. This allows you to change the attribute without using the Enhanced Attribute Editor.
In the video below you can see using each method to change a block attribute. If a you only need to make a quick simple change to an attribute hold down Ctrl and double click the attribute. This will allow you to edit the attribute value as though it was DTEXT.
