Multiple account logins on 1 pc.

It would be awesome if we could log on to multiple Autodesk accounts to have access to different licenses at one time.

I have a personal Maya license, and then I have a 3DS max license for work. I can't use them at the same time due to the fact that you can only be logged into 1 account at a time thus trying to open Maya while 3ds max is rendering gives a license error.

Please just allow multiple accounts to log on so that it knows I have a license and is able to open both programs!

Never going to happen: why? it way more easily opens the door wide open to licensing abuse like non-commercial software to be used in a commercial environment. Kind of like what you just hinted you are doing here in Autodesk's back yard where their licensing folks like to snoop around.

Be careful out there: Autodesk Licensing Team can financially cripple both companies and individuals with full legal backing.

Im not quite sure i understand what you are saying pendean, i understand you are talking about some licensing abuse which i am not talking about...

I have 2 paid licenses on 2 different accounts both are allowed to be used for commercial use and both is bought directly from Autodesk, i simply dont see what the problem of allowing me to log into both of those accounts is.

I use Maya Indie License for games i do in my spare time, bought through my own company.
I use 3ds Max normal license for the company i work for on a daily basis.

When im not at work anymore and i make games then i only use the Maya license, its not that i want to use the 3ds Max license for my own games but rather because i daily am forced to log in and out of thise accounts in order to work in the other program.

Im a bit unsure what you suggest im doing wrong here when you say "Kind of like what you just hinted you are doing here"

Thanks Autodesk this has been solved now with the new update to the licenses.
