When does Autodesk Access check for updates?

Specifically I mean. Not just some empty "every day" comment.

As soon as it starts? 

Once a day? Every 30 minutes?

If I install a product that requires an update, when can I expect to see it in Access? How long do I need to wait?

Hi Darren, Access checks for new updates every 17 hours, give or take a few minutes.  It also checks at first launch after restart, login, install, and uninstall.  At each check, it may take a few minutes to show the correct updates.
