Update Via Autodesk Access

Why does autodesk access say my products are up to date when there are new updates on the autodesk website about updates?

For example the vault 2024 had an update yesterday I have not downloaded, why does Access say i am up to date?

Wrong forum, but anyway - Access is, ehh, crap. Don't use it. Get rid of it. The only way to make sure you're on the latest version is checking out the updates section on your Autodesk Account page.

@TGibson7A8HD , it can take up to 24 hours for new updates to appear in Access.  It is just as reliable as the Accounts page.
