Autodesk Access randomly forgets my login information

First off... seems like a very poor introduction of a new 'better' software. It came along with an install of AutoCAD 2024 and though I knew it was coming I hadn't read much about how beta it really is. If there are so many issues it really should have been an option to install or not. In my office we typically wait a year to install new Autodesk software versions so the 'Beta' in the products can be worked out. But, I was having trouble with a 2023 install so thought would install the 2024 and see if I saw the same issues or not. In the moment it slipped my mind that Autodesk Access would be coming along for the ride.
To my issue though, Autodesk Access randomly forgets my login... I have multiple versions of Revit on my machine and a few of AutoCAD (incl. 2024) plus various other Autodesk software and there seems to be no rhyme or reason to when it forgets my logins. But mainly happens on the '23, '22 & '21 versions of Revit I think. This morning after being signed in and working fine last Friday... I had to sign in to Revit 2023, and then opened ACAD 2024 and get a web page says I'm signed in and need to click to 'go to product'. Is this a difference between 2023 & prior login types and now 2024 being on my machine is throwing it out of whack? Can/should I reset everything in order to start over from scratch? Any procedures for that? Once I can login it works fine for the day I think.
And what's the deal with kicking it out to a web page to sign in? Seems like poor design for users... more chance to lose track of what's open where with a sign-in (especially in my case where it keeps forgetting!!!).
