Autodesk Access not displaying anything

Following the 'update' to Autodesk access, I now can't access any products, as all the Access app displays is a page saying Available updates and a link that open the Autodesk account page.

 

Where are the app downloads, and other things needed to actually download and install products? And why does Autodesk continue to release products that don't work? If all the app is designed to do is redirect users to the website, then it's completely pointless.

 

From what I've seen online, there should be two tabs, but I have no tabs available at all, and everything just redirects to the website. Using paying customers to beta test badly written software is getting very tiring.

Most of us here responding to posts are not Autodesk: if you wish to complain to them, you'll need to find another venue.

That still resides on your Accounts Page, it has never moved or changed

That's how it is for all of us, that is all it does so far for all of us

But there is a slight delay for that lone window to populate: on my end it takes about a minute, and 90% of the time it is for updates not relevant to my installed software. I've seen others report 5-minute wait times. Perhaps you either have no updates or your wait time is reflective of your firewall settings/restrictions?

Please double check that you are logged into Access. Once logged in, you should see product updates for the products that you are subscribed to and have installed on your device. We are aware of some defects that still exist that cause some updates to display when they should not and some updates that should display but don't. We are actively working to resolve all issues as fast as possible. Thanks for your patience.

yeah, that's not what your ACCESS product does so far as of today June 1 2023 for any of our users in our offices so you all still have a lot of work to do there.

It's November 2023 and Access still doesn't give me anything but a white box with a wheel of death. No tabs, nothing to click, no list of installed software.

@dcubbedge Did you download and install the latest version of ACCESS yet? A PC restart afterwards is advised after the installation https://www.autodesk.com/products/autodesk-access/overview

After that, seek out IT help at your end to ensure your fire wall settings are not blocking the app
