Where is the color picker tool?

I am trying my best to find the Color picker tool in AutoCAD 2023.

Where is it? I can't find it. What is the command for it?

Or what is the icon for it?

AutoCAD 2023 alone does not have a raster image color picker.

AutOCAD2023 with the Raster Design add-on installed with it does have that, IPAL command, but your image needs to be indexed color or grayscale image.
