Liebe Forenmitglieder,
Befehl „drucken“, Zeichnung inkl.

Dear forum members,
We are looking for a solution to the following problem:
We create our drawings in 2D format and print on paper. This was previously
already printed on the back with a so-called "control card" in Excel format (see appendix).
It contains certain characteristics (related to the respective part) in the form of a table that
the employee must check during processing. The actual drawing of the respective part is then printed on the front. So the paper currently has to go through the printing process twice.
Here the first question arises. Would it be possible to design a drawing's file in such a way that when you print, the drawing including test card is printed out in duplex printing and the above-mentioned steps can be processed in a process?
The second question builds on this. The next step would be to create a Drawing and to design the criteria / dimensions to be checked in the file or with a function specify that these are automatically transferred to a table (control card). Each drawing would accordingly have its own table (control card). How could that be implemented?
Because descriptions such as "length" or "diameter" are mentioned on the control card, the employee must then (according to the drawing) write the nominal size of the diameter or similar from the drawing and enter it in the corresponding field on the back, then the size is checked and the actual size is added.
Attempt of explanation using the „example drawing“ (see appendix):
The shank diameter of the screw is indicated / drawn with "Ø10 -0.22". This specification should now be automatically transferred to the associated table (control card), so that only the actual size must be added. The whole thing should then be able to be printed out by duplex.
Additional software would initially not be an option. It should ideally be solvable within AutoCAD itself.
We would be very grateful for suggestions for a solution!
Thanks in advance!
