Vault Folder at new Project

Users would like the option to create a new folder directly within the Vault dialog when creating a new project.

Currently, you have to open Vault and create the folder before you can use it for the Plant3D project.

Furthermore, it would be desirable for the "Open" button to be active as soon as you select a folder from the tree (left side of the Vault dialog).

Both of these points would significantly improve usability for both customers and administrators.
