I have been asking for this for a long time, without it it makes the drawing look scrappy

and than we have to add them manually. very poor for a piping package to be released

without this ability

I asked for this over a year ago. It would be great if it was added.

I totally agree but fortunately the development team is busy working other pressing issues. Hopefully this will be addressed in the near future. Would you be interested in some type of add-on to help with this manual process until it is available?

Hello Ken

this feature was also needed from our company. An add-on was okay, when it is possible to place these pipe breaks manually somewhere on the nearest founded otho-pipe and the tool will then move the symbol to the end of the viewport (the other option for this tool was to place the symbol and the symbol was lay down on the nearest founded pipe without the automatic moving).

Did you know what I mean ?

Hi @Anonymous,

Since the viewport will clip graphics, will there be any issue with tucking the pigtails just inside the viewport frame instead of centered (as that would clip half of the graphic off)?

Another option would be to put the graphics on top of the viewport in paper space, but it gets a bit messy as the pigtail is in PS, and the piping is in MS.

Also, any situations where you wouldn't want this? (i.e. need to turn it on/off)

thanks,

-damian

The view ports no longer line up if you have an above ground and underground view, both being top views.
