Be able to move Line Breaker tag along the X-axis in Plant 3D

Just like  the instruments have the ability to be flexible in their position for example:

Valve and segment break in Position1                     Valve and segment break in position 2

                                                         

The segment breaker does not have the same flexibility. The tag stays center always.

It would be helpful to be able to shift the tag horizontally for a clean annotation.
