We have a situation with BOM pipe support , the issue is the that plant 3D out of the box functionality for pipe supports tags have to be unique that means if our tag is “FC23-A-1” in order to be unique we have to add extra letter or number like “FC23-A-1-(1)” , and this is not what we need , we understand that is database there is no other way to do a pipe support Tags count on the database

A support tag should be a unique number regardless of the type of support i.e. PS-1, PS-2, PS-3.....etc. Your number “FC23-A-1”, I believe, is actually a support type of which you may have multiple occurrences in a project. You could use the "ITEM CODE" property of the support to write the support type number.
I suggest setting up a different property to hold the support type as twdtech says. You have to setup an annotation scheme for it similar to what this article shows.

Thanks for your help I did tested and work perfect... Thanks a lot again
Glad to help! You are welcome.
I disagree twdtech.
A pipe support should not be a unique number every time. When using a standard shoe detail or u-bolt detail it should be the same number for multiple items. Is there another way to get this tagging fixed without setting up a comment field? Our client wants the support number in the BOM not in a comment section.
You can click the Add fields button in the iso table setup to add any property from the pipe support class to the BOM, so any field can work.
Are you want to have a support out just like this?

Hi Dave,
We used the ITEM_CODE to accomplish this non-unique tagging of supports. This works fine, but is there a way to suppress the "?" mark that is generated in the PCF file and BOM list for supports with no TAG value?
Thanks!
