Annotation Not Following Justification

I've run into a situation where the annotation is offsetting from the justification.  It seems to be happening randomly and has been noticed to affect the instrument, transmitter, and line tag annotation.  As you can see by the attached files, the items are slightly offsetting compared to their insertion points.

Also, the equipment tags are extending the underline past the text on one side, usually the right side.

Both of these issues are random and the fix seems to be to move the text via the pick point and it usually corrects itself, "regen" or "synchstyles" don't have any affect.  There are other drawings in the same project that do not have this issue, so I don't think its a project wide problem.

Anyone else have this issue?

Is there an extra "space" character at the end of the text for that tag?

No, there is not an extra space.

This problem seems to occur when the "SYNCHSTYLES" command is entered.
