Good morning,
i have various clamp sizes in my project and the nominal size appears wrong on the isometrics. For example the size NW 15 appears aswell on the isometric drawing as in the BOM as NW 20.
Thanks for your help!
Gab
Hi @medvegab,
Not very easy, please upload the PCF file from your Iso.
There may be many possibilities from the catalog to PipeSpec or an error in the drawing.

Hi @h_eger,
thanks for your fast reply. I know that is not very easy. I've tried a lot of things, but haven't found a right setup.
I think it is going on the size parameters of the clamps. The size NW 15 and NW 20 have the same dimensions in the spec editor.
I have created a line with various clamp sizes, but i can't upload the pcf file. 😞
I have the same problem in Plant3D 2017, the clamp has the wrong size in the PCF file and it only happens with 3/4"and 1" sizes. I have attached screen shots of the iso's and the pcf file for the 1" pipe is below

Hi .. I have the same issue running Plant 2018.1.2 update. Seems that Autodesk still can not figure this out - or the answer is to be found in another thread.
Okay - figured out we have two Clamps in the same Pipe Spec - and some how the catalog seems to be confused over the sizes - specially when Long Description Size are the same..
To solve it quickly in 3D model, choose the clamp itself - by holding the CTRL button in keyboard and then click on the clamp.
Now you can choose between more clamps - choose the right one - and now you should have the right size in the BOM list in the isometric.
I'm reporting same behavior in Plant3D 2023.
My solution:
Add into the iso.atr next atrribute:
BOM-ATTRIBUTES
EngineeringItems.Size
Find in the isoconfig.xml in tablescheme BOM next row:
<ColumnMapping HeaderName="Size" HeaderRefName="Size" Label="ND" />
replace by
<ColumnMapping HeaderName="Size" HeaderRefName="EngineeringItems.Size" Label="ND" />
It works for me.
Bye
Tomas
