WeldOlet not Lining Up with Pipe

Hi Experts,

I am inserting a weld olet to the main pipeline.  The olet is "out of the box". 

My issue is that the saddle does not sit over the pipe, i.e. it is 90 degrees out, and the drip shows.

Where / how do get it to line up?

difficult to say as we can't see where your problem is.
