Good day all!

I'm an currently using plant 3D 2016 updated with sp2 and have a perpetual problem with the computer locking up in the pan command after a few minutes of use causing me to exit and restart the program, again and again at least 30 times in a normal day or it completely locks up and the program crashes (I have also filled out well over 50 of the crash reports for whatever good they do.) I am currently running the system on a dell precision t1700 with windows 10 pro, 64 bit operating system, 16 GB of installed memory, NVIDIA Quadro K2200 video card with the latest update, and I am operating it as a client from a main server. After 3 mins of use in moving around the drawing and selecting orbit, zoom, or pan the system eventually locks into pan no matter which other visual manipulation commands I select. This has been and ongoing problem for over a year now and I have followed the Acad specialist's recommendations in reducing file size, purging the PnP local data cache before start-up, and splitting the drawing into xref's to minimize file size. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times and have updated the program and components to the most recent service packs and software updates and nothing has worked. I have checked the drawn models on other systems on the server and I don't experience the same issues that I have had on my system. After trying everything that has been suggested by the AutoCAD specialist, every software update, and component upgrade I am still at a complete loss. Anything anyone can suggest to end this nightmare would be greatly appreciated.

What visual style are you using?
