Using custom Tool Pallette in another Project?

Hi

I have a project using the Iso Pallette as the base, and in that I created a tab with all other custom lines and valves etc.

I am wondering if its possible, or what is the correct way to use all this in future projects, so I dont have to individually bring them in again.

Can I just export that tool Palette some way and bring it in to any other Project im working on.
