Unable to add Drawing to ACC Collaboration Project

Hello all,

I can't seem to add an existing drawing to a Collaboration Project.

I receive the error stating that it already exists in the folder, when it does not, and the drawing does not appear in the list of drawings in Project Manager.

I've searched forums for a solution and have tried clearing caches etc but the problem still persists.

Any help would be appreciated.

Its definitely not in the project on ACC nor in the collaboration cache folder?

The files are in the folder on ACC as I had to have them in there for XREF purposes to other drawings on the project etc. But, they were never added to the project until today. Some added with no problems, others are giving me the error that they are already part of the project even if they are removed from the folder.

Either rename the ones on ACC or delete them from ACC then add them in again. I'd suggest renaming them TBH then add them via the Project Manager.

I've deleted them and tried to add them again but still the same issue. Renaming isn't a great option either as that will cause headaches for many, many drawings etc. with XREF names blah blah blah.

When you delete them from ACC are they also deleted from your Collaboration Cache folder?

Yes. The only version I have are the ones on my desktop that I'm trying to add back to the project, I can't find any other copy anywhere else but still have the same error.
