Substitute Block Name when click Edit View Ortho

Hi. Anyone knows why this message pop up?
We want to update orthographic view after updating the 3D model. After select the Edit View tool & click View, the page went to model space & open up this "Substitute Block Name" message.

This only occur on this drawing, other drawings look fine.

Please help. Thank you

Hi,

Please check again if your 3d drawing model file name contain invalid character like (","), also check xref file name also. 

I have similar issue if I set the drawing name include ","

SAME ISSUE I FACING & YES SPECIAL CARRECTOR LIKE , " () IS IN FILE NAME NOT ALLOWED.
