SQL logic error

Has anyone seen this before?  I have no idea what happened.  One day it was working, the next it was not and I can't think of anything that changed.  Any help much appreciated.

A local expert was able to help.  In case anyone else has this issue, the solution ended up being this:

Run PnPLocalDataCachePurger.exe from the programs files. 

No idea why this had to be done, but it worked.

Why you should run the PnPLocalDataCachePurger.exe is a very simple reason. Over time Plant 3D saves local files in the folder provided for this purpose.
by executing PnPLocalDataCachePurger.exe these cached data will be deleted and Plant 3D will start again as new.
