Segment Breaker Annotations

Does anyone know how to set up a segment breaker to display properties on the right side of the break only?  I am using it to indicate a limit of insulation.  The symbol for displaying insulation properties on the left side of the break is simple enough.

Where 105 indicates an insulation code for the segment on the left side of the break.  But I also need for a break to indicate properties on its right side.

Any thoughts would be most appreciated.

Plant3D (PID) have a Segment breaker By default  with two possibilities in his Symbol, in my case three 😉

This element, break a segment line for change his properties, spec, Insulation, Insulation Thickness, etc.
