"Assign TAG" option disabled in 3D pipe routing

Good morning,

I have a little complaint with my project in Plant 3D.

When i route a pipe, then i click right button to go to the option "Assign Tag", but this otion is disabled (GRAYED).

I don´t know ehat happened. I´ve been involved in the configuration of other projects and never happened me this problemm.

Now i opened a blank project to test the ASSIGN TAG issue, i checked the default configuration, tested it and works fine the "Assign Tag" option, so i copied the configuration to my project. I copied step by step to make it equal to the normal configuration, but it didn´t work correctly, i don´t know what´s going on, !!IT´S THE SAME CONFIGURATION!! it doesn´t workout.

I have red another post from Plant 3D forum related to a similar problem, and all the tips are followed, but the problem is keep going on.

I found i thing in "Project Setup".

In TAG gap appear written by keyboard the text "ACQUISITION", i deleted it but once again appeared. Every single moment that i delete it always come back.

In which training were you shown that an "ACQUISITION" can be used on the TAG field?

Did you read what i have written in the image that i attached?, i didn´t write the text "ACQUISITION" in the tag field, it appears randomly, when that text appear i have to delete it, later when i route a pipe and test it trying to assign tag it fails, then i return to Project Setup and i notice that once again the text "ACQUISITION" appear written in the TAG field, so i have to delete it over again. As i told before, that text appear ramdonly

A couple of weeks ago a copied a DWG from another project made in unit Mixed Metric  to my project made in unit Metric. This copied DWG had a configurated Tag and LineNumberTag. When i opened the copied drawing in my project, select a pipe from it an opened properties, appeared the LineNumberTag heritaged from the another project, but appear incomplete because the differences of configuration.

The thing is since the moment i copied the drawing from one project to another all my problems have begun.

It looks like it were a corrupted tag. I deleted those pipes, purged the drawing, audit it and delete the DWG from my project. Then i purged my computer with PnPLocalDataCachePurger, but the problem still continue.

I created another project to test the TAG ISSUE, and in this blank project Tags work correctly, i created another more project test it again and TAG worked well too.

I don´t know if anybody has suffered a situation like this before.
