Publishing P&IDs missing or has errors in smart blocks. Any Updates?

Good afternoon,

I am aware that the publishing/batchplot issue has been ongoing. I have viewed the other posts on this forum on the topic as well as the page from AutoDesk (Valve end connections missed when using batch plot or publishing a Plant 3D P&ID drawing to PDF (aut...). My team and I had not encountered these issues until earlier this week somehow and we all use AutoCAD Plant 3D 2022. I know @h_eger, you had answered a question in mid-August about it (Solved: sheet set manager- batch publish P&ID sheets - Autodesk Community - AutoCAD Plant 3D) and I was wondering if there has been a patch or hotfix since then that has resolved the issue for 2022? Or if I need to recommend that my team move to Plant 3D 2024?

I am also curious as to how my team and I only started having noticeable issues with this in the last week or so. We do tend to be behind on software updates because we must go through IT to have them applied, but I did not see a relevant update in the last week-2 weeks that talks about publishing. There was a Desktop Connecter security update, though I don't believe it applied directly to this issue?

Thank you in advance!

Dear @ateintze3GQ4L ,

I have just tested the batch plot with P3D 2024.1.1 again and it looks very good.
Please also test if it works with P3D 2024

Well, that's awesome! I don't currently have P3D 2024 installed, only 2022, but I will ask our IT group for permission to install. At least that way I can determine if it is a problem related to how my group does things or not.

Thank you @h_eger 🙂
