Plant 3D Issue regarding opening a project

Plant 3D project is not opening due to Authentication issue. It is showing errors like Failed to load cache , Login failed & The login is from an untrusted domain and cannot be used with integrated authentication. The project is a SQL server project with Windows Authentication. A machine is set a SQL Server. The project is working fine on that machine only and not on other machines. This happened after we updated the machine on which SQL server is installed. It was working fine till yesterday.

Hello @info9JGQN

If your project is not collaborative, you can always, from the workstation where the project is still running, switch your SQL Server project to SQLite using the PLANTADMINPROJECTBACKUP command. Repair the problem with your SQL server station. From your OK server station you can convert your SQLite project into SQL server using the "PnPProjectMaintenance.exe" application.
This could resolve the situation while your SQL Server license is being repaired.

Note: Always make a security backup.

Note : Toujours faire une sauvegarde de sécurité.
