Pipe support on pipe support symbol not shown in isometric drawing

Dear all,

Some node on my pipe have 2type of pipe support(welded stanchion rest on spring support), after I generate isometric drawing, bill of material is shown both but a symbol of spring support is not shown.

Supports on support command has already done.

Please advise me

which SKEY did you choose for your spring support?

Or have you connected the two with

I connect pipe support with command "Supports on Supports".

Nice try, but that's not how it works!
You have to connect both supports with the pipeline otherwise the system does not recognize during the isogeneration that there are 2 parts to be displayed.

This procedure should also be explained in every training course.
