Parameters of nozzle when nozzle is aligned by a reference line

Hi, Everyone

Can anyone tell how to determine parameters of nozzle of a vessel, when the nozzle is aligned by a reference line? In other words how to know the relative position of nozzle on vessel? is it possible?  Thanks
