Parameters missing when exporting a nwc file

Hi all, 

I'm having some issues when i'm exporting a nwc file. Some of the parameters that i have in plant 3d are not shown in the nwc file. 

Did anyone had this issue???

Attached two snips of the same nwc model, and the same pipe. In one case only some parameters are shown and the other is complete.

I'm using autocad plant 3d 2022.

the two images were exported to nwc with AutoCAD Plant 3D 2022 and opened in Navisworks 2022?

Hi @h_eger , 

Both snips are from the same nwc. Are two pipes, from the same spec and with the same configuration but, it shows diferent properties.

I opened the model with Navisworks manage 2020.

please always use the same versions as everything is customised to them.

P3D 2022
and
NAW 2022
Navisworks 2020 has a different interpreter than Navisworks 2022
This can sometimes lead to discrepancies

Hi @h_eger,

Thanks for the reply. I tried using navisworks 2022, and installing the navisworks exporters 2022 but nothing changed.

Still have the same missing parameters.

How are the NWC files created?

From the open model, with the nwcout command.
