P3D drawing missing properties...

Hello again,

I've come to a very strange problem, which is causing us major issue:

As you can see, software recognises classes correctly, but all properties are lost. Strangely enough, it only happened to some of the pipework, and some of it is absolutely fine:

Any ideas what may be causing such strange behaviour? I'd understand if classes were lost as it would mean that someone saved drawing as autocad DWG or something along these lines. But classes and general properties are being recognised correctly...

The objects appear to have lost connection to the database. This can happen sometimes when a drawing is audited or recovered. We've also had this happen seemingly at random. Sometimes closing and purging the cache can help but more than a few times we've been able to get the properties to show by opening the dwg on another pc. If all else fails we get a backup.

We tried opening the file on different machines but this didn't work. However purging cache on my machine now lets me see all the properties back. Thanks for your input!

I am also having same problem in autocadplant3d 2019 version. I have check with other PC also. All system are getting

same issue. anyone can help me our from this issue. See image for more clarity.

Hi. We've been having similar problems from time to time with piping and fittings. We noticed the "Process Line" section of the properties is missing. We use jabowabo's recover suggestion but we loose work and have to re-run piping. Question is.. how can we prevent or minimize this from happening again? Run a AUDITPROJECT or AUDITDATABASE every night? Any ideas?

We're seeing a comparable issue within P&ID environment, too. However, switching to another (less corrupted) project, it sometimes reappears. Plant2022.
