Ortho Drawing Preview screen shows blank screen

I created a custom ortho Template and started using it in Plant3D projects. Everything in the fields and attributes works properly. The only issue is that when I preview the drawing before plotting, it shows a blank screen; however, the plotted drawing shows the entire drawing. What is causing this issue?

I have shared a screen recording of my issue for better understanding.

Set GFXDX12 variable to 0 (that's a zero) then restart AutoCAD..

If still no relief then start GRAPHICSCONFIG command and change the 2D Display Settings pulldown from "advanced mode" to one of the other choices.

If all else fails, then turn off Hardware Acceleration as a last resort, and start a support ticket through your subscription portal as explained here
