Go to 'Ortho View' tab, then under 'Table Placement & Setup' click on 'Table Setup'. Once there, you can right click the groups on the left and choose either move up or move down. If you do not have that option you can also make the BOM such that it has independent columns by choosing 'Grouped with independent columns' This breaks down your BOM table into smaller tables for each group. After that you can manually place them as you wish or even delete some. This would require a bit of extra work, given that you have to manually choose what values you want the table to display and in what order (notice that you can completely get rid of a group by making it not display any value).
