ORTHO annotate a Coupling (Non-Valve item)

I would like to ORTHO annotate an Expansion Joint in my ORTHO drawing.

1. The Expansion Joint has a Tag. I made a Tag Format and assigned it via Project setup. Then in the 3D I've assigned a Tag to it.

2. In the Project Setup for the Coupling under "Pipe Run Component' I've made an Ortho Annotation Setup" with the name "Coupling Annotation Tag.

3. In the drawing "Projsymbolstyle" I've made a  block (re-used "Valve Annotation TAG_3dblock"). Assigned that block to the Ortho Annotation Setup..

4. ...

Must be doing something wrong here because I still can't annotate it in the ORTHO.

Dear @mikvdab ,

please also create an Ortho label in the 3D section.
