Open Collaboration Project Not Working

Hello,

An admin created a BIM 360 project in Plant 3D and gave me the permissions for both Document Management and Design Collaboration. We both use 2020 versions of Plant 3D.
I logged into BIM 360 inside Plant 3D with the relevant account but I got this error message:

No Plant Collaboration projects found!
You need access to a shared plant project before you can open it from here.

We checked but all the required permissions were given. I searched the forum but I don't see anyone having the same error. I saw a similar one which is related to security settings of Windows and can be solved by a hotfix but it is valid for the versions before 2020.

Thanks,

Huseyin

For 2020 you need to use BIM 360 Teams, not BIM 360 Docs

We are using BIM 360 not just Docs. BIM 360 is Docs+Collaboration but it seems you may be right because they say 2021 version is adapted to BIM 360 (not earlier versions).
Autodesk really messed up BIM things like BIM 360 Teams, BIM 360 Docs, BIM 360, etc. in the users views.
I'll check it out and get back.
Thanks in advance.
