Wondering if anyone has the original OPC that they can share? I am trying to create a new OPC that works and found that the original OPC was modified so much that I am unable to get it working. I also believe that they have changed the project properties to remove the necessary properties to make the original work.
What I am trying to accomplish is:
* Filling out of the left hand side with a number on both sheets
* Filling in the top row with information that would be shared between the 2 connected pages
* Getting the page number automatically from the drawing properties
* The middle row would be custom information entered per OPC and not connected to anything on the other page

There is no straightforward way to share a property value across OPCs to duplicate connector number or 'origin or destination', for example. However, it is possible with a workaround, by manually editing the _PnIdPart.xml file for your project.
I have created a new OPC to match yours and modified the Connector Number and Origin or Destination properties so that they are shared across connected OPCs.
You can't set the acquisition rules directly in the UI, but you can set both to acquire from Comment for example and then edit the .xml file to update the corresponding operator tags and set the ColumnName appropriately.
When you place the first OPC, override the values of the shared properties to set them,
When you connect to this from the matching connector, it will automatically acquire the correct values.
Once placed, you can change the shared values by toggling the override and acquire mode values in the properties.
This is a workaround but seems to work well in 2026.
