Naviswork Freedom 2026 : Missing Quick Properties Definitions

Hi,

I tried installing the latest Navisworks Freedom 2026 on 2 different machines and noticed that Quick Properties Definitions are missing. Is this a bug or is it move somewhere else.

this functionality no longer seems to be available in Navisworks 2026.

I found it. They move to Property Sets. You can create few different Sets as required.

I have done this in 2026 BUT not all of the Properties selected in the Property Set display in the Quick Properties tooltips.  Very disappointing by Autodesk, for now I am using Navis 2025.

Which property has not displayed? If the property is not populated it doesn't appear in the hover data.

In 2025, export your quick properties definitions out to a xml file.  Then take a look at the data using notepad++.   With the definitions open in notepad++, open the quick properties using the new Property Sets button near the Quick Properties button in the home ribbon, display tab.   Edit the quick properties, locate the similar property that is shown in the list in notepad++ and check the box.   Once completed, all your old quick properties will now show up in 2026.

While QPs have always been difficult to manage pre 2026, this new method is way faster and easier to update and fix...
