missing bolt set whan i try to connect flanges

i'm trying to connect flanges and i get the next massege :

what should i do to fix it ?

i'll already attached bolt set to spec .

In these spec's "8LMP" check if the bolt have the following criteria:

NominalDiameter = 3"
Facing = RTJ
PressureClass = 30

IsLug = false
